Centrifugal galvanizing
High-temperature galvanizing service, also known as spin galvanizing, includes the process of centrifugally removing excess zinc from the surface of components, which consequently enables even better fitting of fastening elements (e.g., hinges, bolts, and nuts).
The technological processes of low-temperature and high-temperature (centrifugal) galvanizing are very similar. High-temperature galvanizing enables obtaining a coating with high corrosion resistance and uniform structure as well as thickness. This method is used for the protection of steel and cast iron components, where the parameters of zinc layer thickness as well as strength are relevant.

Galvanizing
During the high-temperature galvanizing process, molten zinc is heated to 560 degrees Celsius. Advantages of this method include a hard and thin anti-corrosion coating.

Centrifuge
During centrifugal galvanizing, screws or other small parts do not lose their fit. The basket of galvanized material is centrifuged, which results in removing excess zinc.

Cooling
As the material galvanized in this way should not dry in the air, it is cooled in a water bath. This prevents the zinc from chipping, so that the coating retains its aesthetic appearance.
