Meeting of employees of the Seppeler Group "VZG Technik"

The cyclical exchange of galvanizing experiences is extremely valuable. As part of the meeting of Seppeler Group employees "VZG Technik", taking place this time in Poland, we hosted colleagues from Germany and Switzerland. Within 3 days, the participants became familiar with the specifics of our plants. It was a great opportunity to compare different solutions and nuances resulting from the type of production lines and the needs of the local market.

Thanks to direct contacts, we deepen our knowledge about hot-dip galvanizing, understand each other better and improve existing solutions. After the intensive technical part, there was also time for integration, i.e. getting to know each other better during informal conversations and building good interpersonal relationships, which are extremely important in the Seppeler Group.

We would like to thank all participants for their commitment, openness and willingness to share knowledge and experience. We look forward to further opportunities to collaborate and learn from each other.
